| Our AR-15 build course will cover what it takes to assemble your own custom AR-15 (5.56x45 NATO). The cost of the course is all inclusive (instructor fee, parts, and use of tools.) Included will be all the parts essential for building a mil spec AR-15. If you wish to customize your build you will have to cover the difference in cost of the parts. If students wish to build their firearm in any other calibers there will be an increase in the cost of materials. Upon completion of this course there will be a rifle zeroing demonstration where you will have the opportunity to sight in your NEW RIFLE.
|| The 3-hour Basic Firearms Ownership course topics include the National Rifle Association's 3 fundamental firearms safety rules and what they mean in practicality (If you don't know these rules, this is most likely the best class to start your firearms education).
| This Defensive AR-15 Course is a challenging and competitive day on the range, starting with zeroing your rifle. Training continues with presentation drills and skill building. The round count is kept responsible to maximize developing good habits. By the end of the day, you will be engaging multiple targets, making manipulation under cover, and even moving while shooting! This will develop a solid foundation for anyone running the AR-15 platform and challenge those well versed in its function.
|| This course will be a live fire range concentrating on marksmanship, presentation from the holster, tactics, cover vs. concealment, maximizing training time, firearm malfunctions, and then will end with a Trigger Control Training skills assessment.
| This course exceeds the standards for the Idaho law and the live fire standards.
|| This course will be a 4 hour night shoot conducted with low light and no light scenarios. You will effectively learn how to use a handheld flashlight for personal protection. This class promotes safe gun handling in low and no light conditions while showing the distinct advantages of the use of a flashlight.
| This course will be a live fire range concentrating on marksmanship, presentation from the holster, tactics, cover vs. concealment, maximizing training time, firearm malfunctions, and then will end with a Guns & Gear Sports skills assessment. This course exceeds the HR218 requirements.
